Alpha Acid 2.0-4.5%. This American grown Hallertau hybrid is mainly used for its clean aromatic properties. It has mild, spicy, floral characteristics to add some great character to your homebrews.
Because it is such a mild and clean whole cone hope, it can be used in a variety of beer styles, including: Kolsch, Lager, ESB, Pilsners, Pale Ales, IPAs, and Belgian Ales.
Released from the USDA breeding program in 1993, it is a triploid variety from German Hallertau mf. Cascade, Brewer's Gold and Early Green
, and is a s
ister hop to Mount Hood and Liberty.
For a Crystal Hop substitution we recommend: Mt. Hood, Hersbrucker, French Strisslespalt, Liberty, Hallertau.
These whole hops, or flower hops, (raw hops) that are great for dry hopping, they are less messy in the fermentor than pellet hops.
Alpha Acids: 3.5 - 5.5%
Beta Acids: 4.5 - 6.7%

Myrcene: 40 - 65% of total oil
