AA range 2.5-5.0% The first choice for Czech-style Pilsner and light Lagers, very mild, with pleasant earthy, herbal and floral overtones. It was bred by Hop Products Australia in 1997 at Bushy Park Breeding Garden. For the most part, this is a great finishing flower hop for most any lager. You can also use it in some Belgian Ales and even in Light Ales. Although it has a low alpha-acid content it is found in many traditional recipes using this hop for both bittering and for flavor/aroma additions.
